Rated five stars by Queensland buyers and sellers.
★★★★★
Everything was explained in plain English before we signed. The fee we were quoted was the fee we paid.

Tight finance date and a nervous seller, and Neom kept both sides calm. Settled on the day without a hitch.
★★★★★
I called with questions more than once and always spoke to the lawyer acting for me, not a call centre.

Neom Lawyers works on a fixed fee, quoted in writing before we start. Government fees and searches are passed on at cost and listed separately, so nothing arrives as a surprise at settlement.

Yes. Send us the contract before you sign and you get plain English advice on what it means, what to change and what to watch. It is the cheapest point at which problems can be fixed.
Do you act for buyers and sellers across all of Queensland?
Yes. We act statewide. The whole matter can run by phone, email and electronic signing, so there is no need to come into an office.
How long does settlement take?
A standard Queensland residential contract usually settles 30 to 60 days after signing, depending on the finance and building and pest dates negotiated in the contract.
